Coaching services provided by The Intimacy Spectrum are for personal growth and educational purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
1. Services Provided
The Intimacy Spectrum provides sex and intimacy coaching. Coaching is conversation-based and strictly no touch. Services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you need clinical treatment, you will be referred to the appropriate professional.
2. Payment and Booking
- All sessions must be paid in advance through the booking system.
- Payment secures your appointment time and removes money from the coaching conversation.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be updated periodically.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- If you arrive late, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
4. Confidentiality
- Information shared in coaching sessions is confidential.
- Exceptions apply if required by law, such as risk of harm to self or others, or legal obligation to disclose.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Coaching is an active process. Results depend on your willingness to engage honestly and apply the tools offered.
- Clients are expected to respect boundaries, including the no-touch policy and appropriate communication.
- Coaching is not suitable if you are in immediate crisis. In that case, please seek emergency or clinical support.
6. Technology and Online Sessions
- Online sessions are conducted through secure platforms.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and private space during sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All written materials, resources, and worksheets provided remain the property of The Intimacy Spectrum and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
By engaging in coaching services, you agree that The Intimacy Spectrum is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching. You are responsible for your own choices and results.
9. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
