What is intimacy coaching?

Intimacy coaching is about building connection, confidence, and communication in relationships. It’s not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I help you focus on goals, learn new tools, and practice strategies that make intimacy feel easier and more fulfilling.

Who do you work with?

Short answer: everyone. I specialize in working with queer, polyamorous, and neurodivergent clients. That means you don’t have to explain or justify your identity or relationship style. You’ll be understood and supported from the start. I also welcome anyone looking for a sex positive, shame free approach to intimacy, including people who have experience with sex work or who are currently in the industry.

Are you sex worker friendly?

Yes. I am sex worker positive and affirming. If you are or have been a sex worker, this is a safe space for you. I respect your experiences and won’t judge your choices. Coaching with me is about your goals, not stigma.

Do you work with polycules or non-traditional relationships?

Yes. Whether you’re in a couple, a throuple, or a larger polycule, I create space for your relationship structure. We’ll talk about communication, jealousy, boundaries, and ways to make your relationship feel supportive and connected.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients see results within six sessions. My coaching is designed to be practical and focused. We work toward specific outcomes so you’re not stuck in endless weekly sessions. You can always continue with maintenance sessions if you want long term support.

Can I book just one session?

Yes, but I recommend committing to a package if you want real progress. One session can give insight, but lasting change usually takes time and practice.

Do you offer sliding scale or low income options?

Yes. Accessibility matters. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients facing financial barriers, especially queer and trans people on social assistance. If cost is a concern, ask about these options when booking.

Do you give homework between sessions?

Usually, yes. Coaching is active. You’ll get exercises, reflection questions, or practical tools to try between sessions. Think of it as practice for intimacy skills, not schoolwork.

What if my partner doesn’t want to come?

That’s okay. You can still benefit from individual coaching. Often, one partner making changes can shift the whole relationship dynamic.

What if I feel nervous talking about sex?

That’s normal. Many people do. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest. We go at your pace. Nothing is too awkward or off limits to talk about.

Do you do in-person sessions?

I’m based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Online sessions are available across Canada. In-person sessions are available by appointment in Regina starting later this year.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is private. I don’t share your information with anyone, and I take confidentiality seriously. The only exceptions are situations where I’m legally required to act, like immediate risk of harm, abuse, etc.

What if coaching doesn’t work for me?

Coaching is an active process! The more you engage and bring to the sessions, the more you’ll get out of them. That said, if after a few sessions you feel it isn’t helping, we’ll talk about it openly. I may suggest adjusting our approach, or if appropriate, refer you to another professional who might be a better fit.

Is this sex work?

No. My work is sex coaching, not sex work. Sessions are focused on conversation, education, and practical strategies to help you understand and improve your intimate life. I follow a strict no-touch ethic. Our work is done through dialogue, reflection, and guided exercises you practice on your own or with your partner.
